Hot smoked salmon is fresh salmon that has been kept cold and then hot smoked, over oak,hickory or applewood.
We recommend to keep refrigerated between 0°C and 6°C and consume it within two/three days of delivery. If freezing, do so as soon as possible and consume within two months. We recommend defrosting over the time in the fridge or a cold space.
